ABOUT ME
Hello!
I hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Robotics and Control from Purdue School of Engineering. My fascination with robots began in childhood, sparked by the simple mechanics of a toy train's engine and the animated movements of robot toys. This curiosity was my initial step into the world of machinery—a realm that has since become my professional and academic focus.

My formal journey in this field started in my freshman year of college, a time filled with dreams and a voracious appetite for practical knowledge. That year, I had the opportunity to represent my college at Kshitij 2011, one of Asia’s biggest technical fests at IIT Kharagpur, where we presented a hovercraft and a versatile robot capable of navigating and collecting objects across diverse terrains like pebbles, sand, and mud. Achieving finalist status in the hovercraft competition and placing in the top 10 among more than 150 teams in the robotics event profoundly deepened my knowledge and passion for robotics.

Over the past decade, my engagement with robotics has grown exponentially, encompassing over ten years in the field with a significant focus on autonomous vehicles and AI in the latter eight years. I have worked in varied settings—from academic research to consultancy—and have been instrumental in developing innovations from proof of concepts to full production implementations. My efforts have been recognized with multiple patents, publications, and prestigious awards, including the Excellence in Innovation award from Ford VCSE in 2019. One of my contributions to Ford's BlueCruise technology recently won Henry Ford Award.The proposal for an intelligent intersection system was selected in Stage 1A by the U.S. Department of Transportation, highlighting its potential to transform urban mobility and safety.

Professional Aspirations
My goal is to design robots that assist people with physical disabilities, enabling them to perform daily tasks independently. Additionally, I am driven by a desire to unravel the mysteries of our world through advanced technology and research.
